How does DocTransfer Pro compare to WeTransfer Ultimate?

Pro is €9/mo for 100 GB transfers; WeTransfer Ultimate is €23/mo for unlimited. We chose a hard cap because it lets us keep pricing predictable — most Pro users send well under 100 GB/transfer. Beyond that, Business at €16/user/mo gives you 250 GB and the team features. Both are bundled with the rest of DocFila (Vault, Signature, AI), which WeTransfer doesn't offer at any tier.

Is DocTransfer included in DocFila Pro?

Yes. If you're already a DocFila Pro or Premium subscriber, you get DocTransfer Pro at no additional cost — no separate purchase required. Sign in and your tier shows up automatically.

What's the minimum team size for Business?

Two users. Pricing is €16 per user per month with monthly billing. Annual saves 20%.

Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't lose access to past transfers when downgrading.

Do you offer student / non-profit discounts?

Yes — 50% off Pro for verified students and registered non-profits. Email hello@docfila.com with documentation.

What's the refund policy?

14-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Business, no questions asked. Enterprise terms are covered in your MSA.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Business and Enterprise can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.

What happens if I cancel?

Active transfers continue to work until their natural expiry. You'll be downgraded to Free at the end of your billing period; future transfers will use the Free tier caps. No data is deleted automatically.
